Toolbox pod won't open

I am using RoboHelp HTML - 7.02.
I click View>Pods>Toolbox and nothing happens - the toolbox does not open.

I have closed all the pods, restarted RH, and still can't open the toolbox. Acutally a few other pods won't open either, including BugHunter, Output View, User Defined Variables -- I don't really need these right now, but just tested everything on the Pods menu while trying to trouble shoot this.

I need to do a global search/replace and that is in the toolbox. Help?
