Hi all,
any ideas about this?
User 1 creates a new topic and checks it in.
User 2 sees the new topic - everything is fine.
Now user 1 checks out the topic, makes changes to and checks it back in.
When user 2 opens the topic, he only sees the old state, the new changes are not present.
Hitting the "Get new version for all project files" button does not help.
User 1 continues to see the new, changed version and can check it out, make further
changes etc. but user 2 always only sees the first checked in version of all topics, no
later updates. The behaviour is consistent for all topics.
This is evidently not a network problem because the problem arises when user 2 accesses
over the internet as well as directly over LAN.
There used to be no problem, this occurres after update to RH10. There was however no
change of the RSC version, 3.1 was used in the old Robohelp (8 I believe) version as well.
Regards,
Robert

I should add that the problem also applies in the RSC Explorer.
When user 1 (who checked in the new version) look into the project with the RSC Explorer then he sees the new version with the new date. When user 2 looks at the project with RSC Explorer then he sees the old version.
User 2 sees all new topics that are created by user 1, just the content changes are not visible.
