Topic Headings

Hello,

I've been tasked with updating some online help for a product where I'm taking over where the last person left off.

The person prior to me had every topic set with a shaded area at the top (in gray) to display the topic heading. All new topics I create do not show this same style.

It isn't set by the style sheet, as I apply the same style to my heading as the old topics. Is there some special setting in RoboHelp for Word that does this? I'm stumped :(

I can host some screenshots if it helps.

Thanks.
