Topic missing in printed .doc

The pages appears in Project Manager, and in TOC, but does not show in printed .doc file, could newly added graphics make a difference?

More likely you have added topics since the print layout was created.

The print layout is not linked to the TOC. It uses it as the default first time but then it is separate.
