Published a RoboHelp WebHelp project.  It displays fine in IE8, but opens two windows in Firefox 3.6.13.  Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum.

Do you mean as inthe thread below which is just a few down from your post.

If so try the new layout idea that I suggested. Unfortunately the person who raised that post hasn't indicated whether or not it worked.

Hi,

Yes, this post does look similar to what I'm seeing in Firefox.  Just to be sure, your solution would be to regenerate the help to a new folder after deleting the CPD file, with RoboHelp closed?

No. Create a new layout and not a duplicate. Right click in the pod and you will get a dialog to create a new layout.

Thanks for your help. It appears that there was a new filter that was installed during a server upgrade that prevented the files from properly displaying. In theory, it has fixed our issue.

Thanks again.

Thanks for posting that. If your IT people could give some details it might be useful in the future.
