Hello Team,

Whilst generating PRINTED DOCUMENTATION from Single Source Layout pod, I'm getting the following error “A supported version of Microsoft Word does not exist. Please install Microsoft Word 2000 or newer”. Can anyone please help.

Here are a few details:

Version: Adobe RoboHelp 10.0.1.292

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Word: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016

You are lucky RoboHelp is running on Windows 10. It is not supported on that operating system and Word 2016 is not supported for that version of RoboHelp. See the link below.

You need to either dig out an old PC and generate help that will not be supported on modern browsers or upgrade.

Sorry it's not the answer you wanted.
