Unable to start Robohelp 2019 and getting error Update required Your browser or operating system is

I have Adobe robohelp2019 installed on PC but unable to start Robohelp 2019 and getting 

Error : Update required Your browser or operating system is no longer supported.

We have mutiple PC which have the same issue.

Please help

You haven't said what browser and OS you are using. See Versions of Windows and MS Word compatible with RoboHelp (adobe.com)

If you are running a compatible OS I suggest you contact Support on this one. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
