Underscores Found Under the .HHK's Hood

Hi RHelpers!

Question for you. Here's a portion of my .hhk file... I have a question about some entries in our .hhk file. I *think* (but can't remember) that this index was generated using the SmartIndex wizard. Notice the items marked in orange:

<li><object type="text/sitemap">
    <param name="Name" value="Update One Axis">
    <param name="Name" value="Update One Axis">
    <param name="Local" value="Update_One_Axis.htm">
  </object>
  <li><object type="text/sitemap">
    <param name="Name" value="Tolerance">
    <param name="Name" value="Tolerance">
    <param name="Local" value="Tolerance.htm">
  </object>
  <li><object type="text/sitemap">
    <param name="Name" value="Pocket">
    <param name="Name" value="Pocket">
    <param name="Local" value="Pocket.htm">
  </object>
  <li><object type="text/sitemap">
    <param name="Name" value="User Tolerance Class">
    <param name="Name" value="User_Tolerance_Class">
    <param name="Local" value="User_Tolerance_Class.htm">
  </object>
  <li><object type="text/sitemap">
    <param name="Name" value="Information Manager">
    <param name="Name" value="Information_Manager">
    <param name="Local" value="Information_Manager.htm">
  </object>

Why do some multi word index entries contain underscores on the second param statement in the object block, while others contain spaces, such as "Update One Axes" at the top of the example code? I don't see these underscores at all in the actual Index tab... What is this second param is for? My main reason for asking is localization... translators are wondering if they need to translate these.

Here's what my index looks like:

In case you have not found the answer, double click the index keyword and view the Properties. I think that will explain the differences.
