Underscores in topic titles

Here's a new one I just noticed:

No matter what option I select in the Topic name pattern drop-down on the Style Settings tab of the FrameMaker Document Settings dialog, all topics created from my FrameMaker source have the spaces in the topic titles replaced with underscores. For example, a heading 1 in FrameMaker entitled "Sample Topic" becomes "Sample_Topic" in RH. This is a problem when I build my TOC; I do NOT want underscores in the topic titles that appear in the TOC in WebHelp. There are far too many topics to manually change the topic titles one at a time so my question is this: how do I get RH to NOT replace spaces in topic titles (derived from the headings in FrameMaker) when adding the FM book to my RH project?

Okay I found the setting in Options.

My recommendation: TURN THIS OFF BY DEFAULT! It shouldn't be turned on by default.

I have a related question. I have the underscore option turned on, but the HTMl file name in my project are turning spaces into "space-underscore-space" or " _ ". Anyone know why such a thing may be happening, or how to revert back to simple underscores?
