Undo "Discard Changes" in Glossary Pod

Help! I added a large number of glossary entries to a RoboHelp glossary today. Then I accidentally clicked the "Discard Changes" button. To my utter horror, I sat and watched helplessly as RoboHelp deleted some untold number of entries. I save regularly, but it looked to me like a number of entries were deleted. Is there any way to recover the deleted entries?

Whew! Only one entry was deleted. It looked worse than it actually was. Thanks anyway!
