Upgrade pricing for RoboHelp 10

I have TCS 3.5 and apparently will have to upgrade to RoboHelp 10 to get a bug fix I need.

Does TCS 3.5 qualify for RoboHelp 10 upgrade pricing or is TCS 4 the only upgrade I'm eligible for?

Contact support - usually TCS is priced more attractively than standalone components

I called sales, only upgrade TCS 3.5 qualifies me for is TCS 4.

It's annoying to pay $799 to get a bug fix but I'll get Illustrator as well plus the pre-FM9 keyboard shortcuts restored in FM11 so not a bad deal overall.

If you plan to uninstall TCS 3.5, you might want to not uninstall completely and leave Photoshop in place.
