Using Flashhelp with .NET Desktop App

Community Beginner ,

Hello, I am new to RoboHelp and am interested in using Flashhelp in my .NET desktop application in place of the Windows compiled help file that is currently used. I was able to build and view Flashhelp in my HTML project using RoboHelp X5. It looks really great!! My question is if there is a white paper or other information that would give me ideas on how to incorporate the use of the Flashhelp output in my .NET application? Right now, the .NET application simply invokes the .chm file which is installed in the directory that the application is installed in. What changes would I need to make in order to use the Flashhelp output? Sorry if this seems simplistic, but I am not a Robohelp developer by trade.

Thanks in advance.
