Viewing RH7 files offline

Ok, let's say I've just created a small project in RH7. Could someone let me know in simple everyday English, what steps a user would go thru to retrieve these files if they do not have RH installed on their computer and wanted to view these files without internet access.
I've received a lot of help ful info on this subject already, but, alas, I'm new to this and need things spelled out a bit more. sigh...

Can we keep this all in one thread/

I have already answered this particular question.

The output options are printed or online.

Printed I explained would be a Word document that is made available on their network. Earlier you said no internet and no intranet. Now you say just no internet. If there is an intranet, they could access it that way. If this output option is still giving you concern, explain what you see as the difficulty in them opening a Word document, or a PDF.

Online. I have explained that a CHM file would be on their computer. They could double click it and it will open. They don't need RH. More likely your developers will create links to it but that's another issue.

WebHelp could be on a server but you have to find out from the developers where the help will be installed, then we can tell you which is the correct form.

Talk to your developers about the help. They will have some knowledge of it.

There is basic information in the online help for RH but it sounds like you really ought to be considering a training course. Will your company fund that?

Thank you for your patience.
I think I understand now. I was just being a dense-head. I've actually used RH7 in my previous job for 6 months and loved it. However, I wasn't required to know the more technical featuers.

Yes the company I'm working for has the funding for training, but I'm to provide a presentation to see if RH7 includes the features necessary to fullfill requirements. If it does then they will probably send me to training.

The only two funky requirements I was struggling with was viewable on-line and off-line (which I understand now...derrr) and version control functionality. I know RH7 has this feature, but being the dense head that I am, I can't find it. I will continue my search.

Thanks again and peace out!
