Webhelp is not being displayed in CHROME.

"HELP" dialog is not being displayed. It actually pops-up but suddenly disappears. Pop-up(s) are not blocked on the browser. Working fine for IE browsers.

I create the help and check it in to be deployed with the product application.

I am using the following to create the webhelp:

Robohelp Version 12.0.4.454

Chrome Version 54.0.2840.59 m

Using Windows 7

Have you applied all the latest fixes for browser security issues? Where's the help located - local workstation, LAN server, web server?

Yes, I have applied all of the latest updates. The help is deployed on a web server. On my local workstation, when I click on help it flutters in the right-hand corner and then opens. When QA or DEV is testing, they get a blank small text box in the right hand corner and the help does not open.

I did notice a change to line 675 in the whchs_home.htm file

In a previous version it was  var sParam = (location.href.split("#")[1] || "");

In the current version it is var sParam = location.href.split("#").slice(1).join("#");

Could that change be causing the issue?
