Works fine in Firefox. I am desperate for a fix because we want to deliver this updated Help with our product to new client. Is there a fix for this?
Follow up: We decided to put the Help on our server and have clients point there. It works ok but there was some odd behavior. On their own, the TOC, Index, and Search all worked as expected. However, if I used the Index and navigated around, then the contents of the TOC and Search would be blank. Likewise if I used the Search and navigated around, then the contents of the TOC and Index would be blank. I had to refresh the screen (F5 or Refresh in the browser window) to get them back.
Can anyone suggest a fix?

On my site you under RoboHelp > Merged Help you can download a demo project. Try that on your server to see if you have the same problem.
Meantime, this rings a distant bell. I'm looking for details.

Found what I was thinking of and it is in fact a very different problem. Try with the project on my site and let us know what happens there.

We are using 64 bit machines and just discovered RH8 does not support that. If we update our version of RH will these problems be resolved in future WebHelp projects?

Hopefully yes but no one will guarantee that. No way of telling if your problem is caused by the compatibility or something else.
If you can share your project, I will generate it on a Rh10 machine for you to test the output.
See the Contact page on my site and send the project as instructed there. Do make sure you include a link to this thread and please do not email the project direct.

Or grab the RH10 trial and load it on a non-production machine to try it out on a copy of your RH8 project

Thank you for your input. We discussed this afternoon doing just what you suggested. I may be a bit of time before I can do the testing. I will report back on the results.
