Background: I'm having issues outputting to Zendesk using the Knowledge Base output preset. As a test, I want to try using the Content Only output preset.
The actual issue: I have my publish profile set up correctly. When on the Publish page of the Content Only output preset, there are no publish profiles from which to choose. I can generate but when I try to publish, I receive (as expected) an error that there is no selected publish profile and would I like to select one. I choose yes but then nothing happens. I feel like I'm missing something?
I spoke with Adobe support who said that for Content Only output, the output preset must be File System, FTP or SFTP. From what I saw in the Adobe help, documentation was for an older version when outputting for something like Zendesk was Content Only, but now it should be Knowledge Base.

Have you closed and reopened the project since creating the profile. Sometimes fixes issues such as this?
Either that or when you are in a Content Only output then RoboHelp does not display Knowledge Base publish profiles. You would have to check that with Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.
