When publishing as a Multiscreen HTML5 layout, is it possible to assign responsive screen layouts to the existing screen profiles?

When publishing as a Multiscreen HTML5 layout, is it possible to assign responsive screen layouts to the existing screen profiles? It seems that when selecting the Single Source Layout of Multiscreen HTML5, I can only assign Multiscreen HTML5 screen layouts to the existing screen profiles. When I select the Responsive HTML5 layout, I can only see responsive screen layouts in the drop-down.
