Hi,

I have generated the WebHelp and AdobeAir outputs using RoboHelp 10. Also, integrated the output in the application.

Now, while opening the help page, i am getting the error in the browser console.

The whproj.bcfg file does not exist anywhere in the output. Files with .HTM, .XML and .JS extensions are available though.

Kindly help in resolving this error.

Regards

But what error are you seeing in the browser itself?

There is no error appearing on the screen, only can be seen in the console.

When you run the console it shows this error, which needs to be rectified.

Moreover, I have not found any file with the same name over the internet. Nothing is mentioned anywhere regarding this file, then why it is appearing here.

Personally I wouldn't worry too much about this. We have seen instances on the forum of consoles such as this reporting errors that are just technicalities. Not everything is perfect but we still continue to use an item as long as it is doing the job.
