whskin_blank.htm file is in my topics list

RH8 + WinXP

I just noticed that I have the whskin_blank.htm file in my topics list.  This one and the whnjs.htm file listed in broken links are the only two RH-provided files that I see in either of the two topics lists.  Should I delete the whskin_blank file or do something elese?  Thanks.
