Why do multiple word Glossary terms wrap in the HTML and break the pop-up feature?

We generate the project using the Output Generator with Glossary Restyling script to display glossary terms as popups but each day RoboHelp wraps multi-word glossary terms in the HTML and breaks the popups. Help! Is there a fix? Why is RoboHelp doing this? We're using RoboHelp 10.
