Why do some of my topics show at the bottom of the page?

I've just noticed that when I call up a topic, either from the Project Manager or ToC, some of the topics will appear at the bottom of the page, rather than the top. Obviously not a major problem, but a trifle annoying.

Anyone have an idea what causes this?

Hi there

Perhaps you are somehow opening to a bookmark?

Can you share a screen capture of one such topic as well as the Project Manager and TOC?
