Why does the app accept filename for F1 help but not map ID?

The client is using Adobe AIR I think and I gave him the .h map file.

He says for context sensitive help he can call the filename but not the map ID.

For example:

http://dev.domain.com/FlashHelp/projectname.htm#122

does not work but,

http://dev.domain.com/FlashHelp/projectname.htm#Personal_Network_Care.htm

does work.

I am using Robohelp 7 for HTML.

Hi,

I think your client got the call wrong. You say that you're client uses AIR, would that be an application or the help? Judging by your examples, you create FlashHelp. Can you clarify?

Greet,

Willam
