Why is FrameMaker opening up?

I'm a newbie TCS user and I'm noticing that everytime I open a project that consists of FM books, when I update to pull the latest changes over from the FM books, FM opens up and the focus stays with the FM splashscreen even though RH is working away updating the project. Has anybody else noticed this happening & if so, does anybody know why?

I can see the need to check to see if you have a valid license for FM, but it doesn't need to be stuck on your screen "hiding" your RH project, does it?

In TCS, RH requires FM to be open to process a project that has FM files in it. If FM is not open, RH will open it and leave it on the top of other windows. The easiest workaround is to have FM open and minimized when you open RH.
