Windows application not identifying .csh file

With Windows application (C#.net) browser implementation  the drop downs added in content are not working when java script (.csh) file in Templates folder is deleted.

Are you talking about launching Context Sensistive Help (CSH) in your output? You need all the files and folders that are present in your output folder - deleting any of them will cause it to fail. RH output depends on using JavaScript for it to function.
