I've been using RH X5.02 (Build 801) for some time. I frequently create printed documentation using Microsoft Word 2003. Recently, our tech support team finally decided to upgrade us all to Office 2007. Of course, now RH won't create printed documentation to Word; I get an error that says RH is not compatible with the new version of Word. I've installed all the RH updates that seem relevant to no avail. In the meantime, I've had to revert back to using Word 2003 to create printed documentation. However, the tech support team is telling that I will have to upgrade to Word 2007 soon due to company-wide compatibility issues. Here's what I want to know:
1) Am I missing an update that will allow me to use Word 2007 with RH X5? If so, which one?
2) Do I need to upgrade RoboHelp to a newer version to be able to create printed documentation with Word 2007? If so, which version of RH will work?
3) What versions of Word are compatible with RH8 for making printed documentation?
Thanks!

Thanks Leon. That's what I was afraid of.
To go from X5 to 8, can I just purchase the upgrade? Or do I need to get the full version (since I've missed some of the versions in between)?

Hope Leon will not mind me hopping in but just a few days ago Adobe confirmed to me that the upgrade price applies to X5 and up. You are eligible.

Thanks Peter and Leon! I'll have to order RH8 then.
