Word doc inport error message

When I try to inport a word doc I get the following error message: The action cannot be completed because the program is busy. Choose “Switch To” to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

Why is this happening?

The RoboHelp for Word forum is for problems with the RoboHelp for Word program. This problem relates to RoboHelp HTML when importing a Word document. Please see the Before you Post and Which Forum sticky topics.

Try rebooting the PC.
