Word losing RoboHrlp??

This is new to me...

The software I am writing about contains a function that opens MS Word enabling users to work within MS Word. When Word launches it contains a toolbar with functions specific to the software.
Somehow my MS Word document I was working on within RoboHelp has taken on the functions used in the software I am writing about and no longer has the RoboHelp toolbar or RoboHelp functions..

So, how do I switch the document back to RoboHelp??

Do I close RoboHelp, delete the RTF file and open RoboHelp again??

Also, I am working with RH X5 on an XP PC running MS Office 2003..
