Hi,

I have been working on a Robohelp project on my PC. The team has now moved to Mac so I've installed a trial version of Robohelp for Mac, so I can continue to work on my project. However, it won't open at all and I continuously receive an 'Application Error'.

Are projects created on PC not compatible with the RH20 Mac version?

Please advise as this is a showstopper for me.

Thanks,

Caro

I have branched this into a separate post as I think that will work better.

I have reached out to Adobe for an answer. Standby!

Meantime do you get the same if you open one of the sample projects and can you create a new project?

Also, what version of o/s is the Mac running? - we've been seeing reports of issues with Big Sur.

If Big Sur is the issue, that has been reported to Adobe and will be fixed in an update due very soon. Please confirm whether or not Big Sur is the issue as if it is something else, that needs to be addressed as well.
