I'm updating a help file for WebHelp. I've added some new topic links. They work fine when viewed on a PC Browser, but they don't work on the Mac. The old links work fine on both OS. I'm using RoboHelp 11. The file may have been first created with an older version.

Perhaps check that the capitalisation in the links exactly matches the capitalisation of the file name - possibly the Mac is case sensitive like Linux?

Or simply enable the option in the WebHelp SSL to convert names to lower case.

I seriously wish this were an option enabled by default as it would prevent many headaches such as this one likely is.

A question, does this setting change both the file name and all links pointing to the file? I have a vague memory that it only changes the file names, so any links that are, for example, CamelCase will encounter the same issue on case-sensitive operating systems. But this might have been from many moons ago and it not a problem...

As far as I am aware, it changes both the file names as well as the links. I just tested this on 2015 Release and that's how it behaved.
