Add Screen Layout makes RoboHelp shut down.

I have tried numerous times to add a screen layout. Every single time, RoboHelp completely shuts down. I have rebooted my computer twice - once with a regular restart - once by completing shutting it off and letting it sit for 5 minutes.

Which RoboHelp version are you using? (The full version, not just the 11/2015 number.) There was an issue in RoboHelp 11 before with Screen Layouts but that was fixed in Patch 4.

Does it happen if you create a new project or try with one of the sample projects? Click Open on the RoboHelp Starter page and then click Samples in the ribbon on the left.

I have opened a sample project -- EmployeeCare2 -- and it has shut down.

The steps I have taken on both situations are:

1. Project is open

2. Expanded Screen Layouts using the plus icon.

3. Expanded Theme1_Standard (template available from RoboHelp).

4. Right-click on Topic (Default).

5. Edit

6. The system stops working immediately --- this also happens if I just try

to open the Topic (Default) with a double-click.

I can create a new Layout page, however, when I try to do anything with the

new page, the program still shuts down. This happens within my project and

within a sample project.

Thanks for trying to help!
