Hi all,

I need to get the license for Adobe Robohelp. I have received an email from Adobe:
To claim your media using coupon number 4200023, click on this
______https://licensing.adobe.com/sap/bc/bsp/sap/zliclogin/login.htm. You will be prompted to log into the Adobe Licensing Web Site (LWS) if you are not already logged in.

However on signing I get the following error:

Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site. Please contact Adobe for assistance.

Not sure how to resolve this issue?

Dhwani Vibhakar.

Look in your browser cookies for "licensing.adobe" and delete it. You may have to delete all adobe cookies. Alternatively try another browser.

If that fails, then you will need to contact Adobe.
