Hi everyone,

Can I reinstall RoboHelp 2017 right over (on top of) the existing (and apparently corrupted) installation?

In other words, can I REPAIR RoboHelp 2017 by just reinstalling right over the current installation (WITHOUT CAUSING ANY DAMAGE)?

Thanks,

Mark

(p.s. Where I work in government, the slightest change to the network or to any software can cause havoc with my RoboHelp 2017 installation. Constant compatibility issues...)

I don't think it would do any harm but also I don't think it would do any good.

Personally I would uninstall and reinstall as it is should be reasonably quick and does not affect your project(s).

Don't forget to apply the updates again.
