We use Zoho desk for our support center. If we want to use RoboHelp micro content for the knowledge base and chatbots can we do something to make it work or does Zoho have to do something to make it work?
Currently Salesforce, Servicenow and Zendesk are supported.

Pending full support within Adobe RoboHelp, you can use the Microhelp preset to create either JSON or XML files and upload those manually.
