Context-sensitive help going to main page, not page it should go

Hi there,

I'm at a loss. I am generating a chm file using RoboHelp 2015 (all updates are installed). This help is context-sensitive, but when is all said and done, the help seems to go to the first page, not the page it is intended to go.

I have read older posts to try deleting the .cpd file, but that has not worked.

Are there any other suggestions out there? Thanks in advance!

There is a section in Calling Help - RoboHelp 2019 on my site that includes CHMs. That hasn't changed so it will still apply to your version.

Beyond what's there I can't help though.

I just want to get some more background.

This is a project you have been maintaining in RH2015 for some time and the context sensitive help call has always been working until recently? And you are assigning map ids to topics as you add new ones?
