Creating a page within a book

How do you create multiple pages within a book?  Presently when I use the "+" next to the table of contents I created a couple pages but they all have the same information on them.

In RH 2020, if you "add a topic" while on the Table of Contents tab, you can specify which existing topic to add to the ToC.

If you want to create a topic from scratch, click the + while on the Contents tab (rather than the Table of Contents tab).
