I have created a dynamic filter in a Responsive HTML5 layout. The filter seems to be working but not as expected. When I select a filter, the affected topics do not appear in the search (as expected) but they are still listed in the TOC (not as expected). And when you click the filtered topics in the TOC they are blank. My understanding was that the topics were supposed to be removed from the TOC as well as the search? When I conditionally tagged the topics I tagged them both at the TOC level and the Topic level.
What am I doing wrong?

I ended up calling Adobe support. Here is the fix:
Hi Susan,
Please follow steps below to fixed the issue with glossary & filter not hide.
If you want to test the changes on a published output. Follow following steps
1) Install the Robohelp patch 12.0.4
2) Generate a responsive help output
3) Please rename the attached file as rh.min.js
4) Copy the rh.min.js to the folder <Project path>\!SSL!\<SSL name>\template\scripts\.
Please note that the fix shall be lost once you regenerate the output.
If this works, you can replace the file in your Program files directory
For this replace the rh.min at
<windows drive>:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp 2015\RoboHTML\ResponsiveHelpExt\widgets\common\scripts”.
Please make the backup of the file rh.min.js before replacing the file.

Indeed Adobe is working to make this fix available to all users. I'm unclear at this point whether it will require the manual steps you were advised by support or if it will be rolled into a service release one can simply "run" to get things changed.
Cheers... Rick
