Feedback links in RoboHelp

I am wanting to add a feedback link to the bottom of each topic in our documentation. So something along the lines of 'Was this helpful?' with a yes or no, and if no a text box appears. RoboHelps support website appears to have this type of link, but I have been told via chat it is not possible.

Does anyone on this forum know if what I am looking for can be achieved using RoboHelp?

Thank you, that is really helpful. On chat I was told just 'that is not possible' so your reply has given me an idea of where to go from here to achieve what we want. We are on the new version so hopefully our developers can do something

Chat are correct unless you want to purchase RoboHelp Server as well. Then I think it can be done but I'm not sure.

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. If it is 2019 New UI, that adheres strictly to HTML5 and CSS3 standards. It might therefore be possible for your developers to create something.

Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.
