Hello,

I am trying to create the printed documentation for a project. A window keeps popping up to save the Printed Documentation.dotx that I use for the Word document. Even when I click Save, the file does not save and the window keeps re-appearing. I can't seem to get the window to close and not reappear. I am not able to successfully create the printed document version of my help project.

I have not encountered this before.

Thanks,

MDawn

Hi, a few questions.

Which version of Robohelp are you using?

Is the dialog box just a regular Save As dialog box?

Where does that template live? Is it inside the project folder or elsewhere?

Are you using source control?

Also does it happen if you try one of the supplied sample projects? If not,

try creating a new layout, not a duplicate.
