Hello all,
I tried to configure integration with Git but didn't manage to do it successfully. I gave up at this point and just use git bypassing the built-in integration. However, I'm not sure whether the gitignore list is correct. I wouldn't want to push any files that shouldn't be pushed to the server. The ignore list from the Classic client is obviously not relevant anymore, because of a diffierent file structure. I haven't found any information regarding the ignore file list for the New UI client.
If any of you have such information, I'd appreciate if you shared it. Maybe you use git integration, configured successfully - if so, could you please check how your gitignore file looks like? Thanks.
Hello Denys
These are contents of the default 'gitignore' file that we create in the project
**/.rh/**
Basically excluding the ".rh" folder as it only contains cached project data and connection information.
It is unfortunate that Git configuration was not possible from within RH at your end, if you would still like to give it a shot we would like to help you set it up. You can share more details/ your contact info at techcomm@adobe.com
Thanks

Thank you for the reply, daggarwa! The .rh folder was exactly the one I had doubts about whether it's OK to commit it or not. As for git integration configuration, it works fine for now where I control everything outside RH, but if I face any serious issues with such approach, I'll probably give git integration configuration another try and contact support if necessary. Thanks!

Have you found any other items that should be included in the gitignore file? We're moving from 2019 classic to 2020.
