Has anyone used the chatbot output yet?

I'm trying to use the chatbot output to see how we can integrate into our online help but I just keep getting "Failed to generate" error

There might be a log file that could help you identify where it failed. Right-click on the output preset and select View Log (or similar)

Chatbot requires you to use a Chatbot engine. Take a look at the About RoboHelp sample project where using the 2020 features is explained. Look in the Outputs folder.

Thanks for the help. I couldn't find any details about it in the online help.  The About RoboHelp project also didn't give any information about the things that need to be done on the DialogFlow side.  It was all trial and error.  The publish log simply said chatbot generation failed.  I hope there is more information in the webinar.
