How can I print my entire RH 11 project

I've successfully installed a Print button in the toolbar (thanks to Peter Grainge!), but what I need is to be able to print all the topics, rather than just the one. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

Lon Richardson

Hey Lon,

Not sure if you worked this out. But if not, there is a nice little video showing you how to do this.

What you decide to do, depends on whether you want the PDF to be searchable.

Links to PDFs from the RoboHelp Baggage Files Folder - YouTube

This video is for an older version of Robohelp, but much the same process.

Any problems shout

Kind Regards

Craig

Hi there

Personally, I would use RoboHelp to create a PDF version of the help. Then add that back into the project as a Baggage File. Then create a link that would open it and allow the user to print from there.

Cheers... Rick

Okay, if that's the best option, I'll try it; however, now I need to know how to "add that back into the project as a Baggage File. Then create a link that would open it and allow the user to print from there."

thanx

Hi,

don't forget that the PDF must be regenerated at each version.....

For me, I use a generic name (i.e, minus the doc version #) in the baggage file, and use this name each time a generate a PDF that way I don't have to change any file names or coding.  I have a link in the TOC to "view the doc as a pdf", which displays a page containing the PDF link.  Very simple.

good luck!
