How to add a Camtasia video to HTML5 Responsive Layout?

I added an MP4 to a topic in my RoboHelp project using Multimedia on the Insert tab; however, when I generated the Responsive layout, a prompt saying an error occurred inside a plug-in contained on this page. Any suggestions?

Soooo, did it take the server peeps making a change so it was added to the MIME types? Or what was the specific resolution?

Yes, it was adding the video extension to the MIME types. On the IIS server, our engineer found my site for the iDevices, opened the MIME Types folder, and then added the MP4 extension to the server.
