How to purchase the RoboHelp 2015 annual subscription plan? (I live and work in Taiwan.)

Hi!

Please let me know how to purchase the RoboHelp 2015 annual subscription plan (I live and work in Taiwan).

I tried to subscribe to this plan on adobe.com, but it kept popping up a message as shown below.

I also saw the Adobe pricing plan (http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/products/robohelp/robohelp_2015/images/rh-pricing.jpg; price available in USD, EUR, AUD,and YEN. Thus, I believe the subscription plan should be available to global users. So, please help me complete the subscription process. (I will be using a credit card issued here in Taiwan.) Thanks.
