Images not authenticating in Zendesk

I'm using RoboHelp 2020.3.32 publishing to Zendesk and my images keep disappearing after four days. According to Zendesk Support, this is caused by the images not authenticating properly. They suggest that I add the images manually (not an acceptable solution). Any suggestions on how to make this work in RoboHelp?

That sounds a lot like a Zendesk question, nothing that RH does (what does Zendesk expect an "authenticated image" to look like?)
