Hi, is it possible to import a series of Zendesk Knowledge Base articles into RH in order to create an offline CHM from it?
From outer space back to the cave man? 🙂
The latest version of RoboHelp (2020) allows you to generate topics to Zendesk but there is no reverse route.
Are Zendesk articles regular HTML files or can they be converted to such? That's the only way I can think of getting them into RoboHelp. Are there other file output formats from Zendesk?
Certainly I haven't seen anyone post about the route you are wanting to go.
