Output Mobile App

I need to generate an output Mobile app and I have an account in Phonegap I get a message that indicates that the account does not exist, which have to be the features of the account in Phonegap to get the output in mobile App.

User Name or Password is Invalid

Uploading Mobile App To Phone Gap Build Server Failed.

Internal error encountered,  Failed to generate Mobile App.

You haven't included your version of RoboHelp but the sample projects that ship with RoboHelp 2015 include some basic instructions for generating a mobile app. They may be worth checking out.

More likely though, there was a known problem with a solution posted in another thread. Phonegap plugin not supported See if that helps.
