PDF Output - Snippets do not stay together

Hi All,

I am fairly new to RoboHelp - just started using it this week, and while I have figured a lot out, there are a few (mostly likely easy) issues I cannot solve.

One being when I publish my content, the snippet sections do not necessarily stay together on a page. Is there a way to add in a page break or like in Word there is a "Keep with next" option to ensure a section always stay together? Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance!

You are referring to pages so I assume you are talking about a PDF or Word output, correct?

Do simply mean that part of a single snippet is on one page and it then continues on the next page? If yes, then that's the way it is. HTML is designed for online viewing where there is no concept of pages, you just scroll down.

To fix issues like that it can be preferable to generate to Word rather than PDF and do some tidying up there.
