I want to buy RoboHelp 11, is the cost incurred of it is one-time cost or reoccurring cost. Please guide on that.

The current version is RoboHelp 12. At the bottom of the product page, you will find a "Buy now" button, which will guide you to the shopping cart where you can select. You can always buy a permanent license with is a one-time cost. In some countries, you also have the option to go for a subscription (low monthly price, reoccurring costs).

In addition to Stefan's comment: if you take the subscription model, you can also use that for RoboHelp 11. You can download the old version and it will license against your subscription as well.
