RH 10 WebHelp Output Opens Default Topic instead of map id Topic

Our RH project is using 500+ topics, which are manually linked to our software's "UIHelpCodes.h"  file.

We then performed a test publish.and discovered the help buttons attempt to load the correct topic, but only the default topic loads. 

The settings for generating the WebHelp output are shown below, and the "UIHelpCodes.h"  file is selected as the map file. The topic exists properly in the TOC and in the generated output. It also is shown to link in the whcsdata.js file:

Has anyone seen similar behavior? Pop-up blocking is turned off in firefox.

This something new or did something change? How are you launching the CSH WebHelp? Does the help work if you launch outside of your application?

This is a new project file for the new version of software. We are launching the Web Help via the help button on the gui. Each gui has a help button, and in previous versions of the software it loaded the Web Help for that gui via a map id file linked to a topic specific for that gui. 

Pressing F1 on the keyboard also launches the Web Help, on the default page, as in previous versions.

Everything seems to work normally with the exception of the proper topic loading for each help button.

it always throws the #<id= whatever the id is>>newwind=false in place of the actual topic, while just loading the default topic.

Ok, but this CSH launch was working in the prior version of your application, correct? So what's changed from a CSH-calling point of view in the application?
