RH 2015: "Cannot Find Microsoft Word Installed on Your System"

I am trying Robohelp 2015. I have MS Word 2007 installed.

While trying to output a printed documentation, I recieve error:  "Cannot Find Microsoft Word Installed on Your System"

You need either 2010 or 2013. 2007 is not supported on Rh2015.

Hm. What is I install Open Office?

That will not work. RoboHelp is looking for a specific Word key in the registry.

Today I receive same error with Word 2013 (I've upgraded.) How to solve the problem?

Have you opened and used the upgraded version of Word?

Yes. I also re-installed RH, and MS Office, restarted... - no results (

What key RH is looking for? Can I set the path to Word manually?

RoboHelp is looking for a specific Word key in the registry.

If that doesn't help or your IT people don't like it, post back. One other thing, is your Normal.dot on your hard drive or a network location. I think the latter can cause grief.

Is it Russia you are from? Yes it was late when you replied. May I ask what part of Russia?
